One platform. Your pace.

Every module solves a job on its own. Together they form one continuous chain from order to site. You decide where to start, and you can add the next feature whenever the timing suits. And because it's modular, the system you buy this year is the system you extend in three years, not the one you replace.

"If a change is needed, the employee can step in immediately and make adjustments on short notice. This makes production more flexible and easier to manage, and enables bottlenecks to be identified and resolved in a timely manner."

“The software has allowed us to connect our entire production process—not only the Progress machines but also the equipment that was already in our plant. We can see in real time what each machine is producing, and we can track the progress of the project’s production.”

"The collaboration with Progress Group during and after the implementation has been highly beneficial. Progress's consultants provided valuable insights, helping UBAB find optimal solutions even when it required rethinking initial approaches."

Technical Support & FAQ

Find quick answers to our most common questions.

Does aheadSuite cover the entire process of a rebar shop?

Yes — aheadSuite covers the complete rebar process, from quotation and the import of bending schedules through bar list optimisation, machine allocation, production feedback, bundling and labelling, to stock, loading and site delivery.

Bending schedules arrive in BVBS, ABS or straight out of the 3D model, so nothing is retyped. Positions are distributed across bending, cutting and mesh machines according to geometry, diameter and quantity, and every bar stays traceable from cut to handover. Accounting, HR and payroll sit outside the scope by design and connect through interfaces.

Is aheadSuite licensed per user or per workstation?

aheadSuite is licensed per named user, not per workstation. A licence follows the person, so the same account works at the desk, on the shop-floor terminal and on a mobile device without paying twice for the same employee.

Which data formats can you import?

PXML, IFC, IFC4 Precast, BVBS, ABS — all guaranteed, all open standards. If you work with a format that isn't on that list, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can handle it.

Does aheadSuite cover the entire process of a precast concrete plant?

Yes — aheadSuite covers the full precast production process, from quotation and model import through work preparation, bed and pallet planning, production control, machine data, quality documentation, stock and dispatch to delivery on site.

What it deliberately doesn't include is financial accounting, HR and payroll. Those systems already exist in your company, they work, and aheadSuite connects to them instead of replacing them. Everything between the enquiry and the signature on the delivery note is covered in one system — and because the suite is modular, you can also run just the part you need today.

Which machines can aheadSuite connect to?

‍aheadSuite connects to every machine type from every supplier, whether you run brand-new equipment or machines that have been in operation for decades. It doesn't matter which manufacturer built them or which controller or interface they use: we integrate your entire machine park into one system. That gives you a complete, real-time view of your production without being tied to a single vendor or needing separate solutions for different machines.
